Faculty of Information Technology (cognitive science), University of Jyväskylä, Finland, is looking for two PhD students (fully funded for 2+2 years) in the intersection of computer science and cognitive science. The positions are in two collaborating projects funded by Academy of Finland. The project "Machines that Understand People" develops RL-based computational cognitive models of human-computer interaction. The project ?Appropriate Uncertainty in Manual and Automated Driving? develops computational models of driver?s information sampling.
